The Facilities Technician is responsible for supporting the safe, efficient, and well-maintained operation of YMCA facilities. This role performs hands-on maintenance, repairs, and preventative care across buildings, equipment, and grounds to ensure a clean, functional, and secure environment for members, program participants, staff, and the community. Working in alignment with the YMCA's mission and values, the Facilities Technician responds to maintenance requests, supports safety and compliance standards, and collaborates with branch leadership to deliver high-quality experiences across all facilities.
