Description Role Summary: The Senior Manager, Insights is a hands-on strategic operator who translates complex scientific, behavioral, and market inputs into clear insights and client-ready action plans. This role requires strong strategic judgment and direct ownership of execution Key Responsibilities: - Independently develop insights from qualitative and quantitative inputs - Translate complex science and market dynamics into clear POVs and recommendations - Operate confidently across therapeutic areas and drug modalities - Own end-to-end work product, timelines, and follow-ups from strategy through client delivery - Build and refine client-ready decks and materials directly - Incorporate feedback in real time and iterate quickly - Maintain high standards of quality, clarity, and polish across outputs - Partner effectively with internal and external cross-functional stakeholders - Translate between client objectives, scientific context, and executional requirements What We Are Looking For: - 6–10 years relevant experience in pharma - Background in strategy, insights, medical communications, consulting, or agency - Experience with pharmaceutical external communications including H...
