Lead complex, global, and regional process transformation supporting Global Procurement. Understand semiconductor industry dynamics and challenge. Guide cross-organizational teams to define, build, and implement business process solutions that increase efficiencies, improve standardization, and optimize procurement services. Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs and opportunities for AI applications. Handle proficiently large datasets, perform advanced data analysis with ETL, and research to support GenAI/Co-pilot project development and implementation. Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure AI solutions meet business requirements and are adopted by end users. Provide training and coaching to GP team members on applications of GenAI and Co-pilot.
