About the job As a Backend Developer at Alf, youll be part of a cross-functional product team building backend services for customer-facing IoT products. Youll work close to both the product and its users, taking responsibility from design to production in a system where backend quality truly matters. Our backend is event-driven, business-critical, and integrated with connected devices. The role suits someone who enjoys working end-to-end, combining feature development with platform improvements. Youll collaborate closely with frontend and app developers, QA, and the PM to deliver high-quality solutions. We work in two-week sprints with daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives.
