This is an inpatient APP position, with 12 hour, rotating shifts, and variable weekends and holidays. GENERAL SUMMARY: Under the general guidance of the medical director, the Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with diseases and adverse health conditions following the written guidelines approved by the department. This position is responsible for all acute hospital patient needs including rapid response, stroke, resuscitation, and inpatient internal medicine care.
