A Day in the Life: The Senior Director, Remote Sales Solutions will lead the full transformation and operational leadership of Medtronic’s Remote Sales organization. This role is pivotal in transitioning the current regional‑based remote sales teams into a centralized solid‑line structure under the Strategic Accounts Accelerator . The leader will oversee a multi‑layered team structure—including Remote Sales Managers (country or cluster leaders) and their teams of Remote Sales Representatives—who manage Small and Extra‑Small (SX/S) accounts and drive remote commercial execution, prospecting, and customer acquisition.
