Overview The Senior Financial Analyst at the RMR Group will be a member of the dynamic and fast-paced Senior Living Asset Management team, responsible for analyzing and optimizing a nationwide portfolio of senior living assets. This position will play a critical role in supporting the Asset Management team by providing comprehensive financial, operational, and market analysis. This role will be responsible for in-depth real estate analysis, supporting strategic decision-making through robust financial modeling, market research, and performance benchmarking. The Senior Analyst will collaborate closely with asset managers, operators, and internal stakeholders to drive initiatives to asset values and optimize the portfolio. Responsibilities: - Build and maintain detailed financial models to evaluate acquisition, disposition, and operator transition opportunities, while supporting origination, development, and repositioning efforts through underwriting, sensitivity analyses, and scenario modeling. - Conduct valuation analyses using DCF models and capitalization‑rate–driven valuation techniques - Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and materials for senior leadership, investors...
