About the role: Tunstall is seeking a full-time, organised and customer-focused Collections Officer to take ownership of our accounts receivable collections function. The Collections Officer will manage the end-to-end collections process across a high-volume debtor ledger, proactively following up overdue accounts and working closely with customers to achieve timely resolution. You'll investigate non-payment issues, negotiate payment plans where required and collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies.
