Incumbent is responsible for providing support to loan originators by working directly with Borrowers with the primary objectives of 1) enabling the loan originators being supported to close more loans; and 2) improving the quality of loan files submitted to underwriting. Support Loan Officers by assisting in the origination process. This includes communicating with borrowers and supporting or guiding them through the process of obtaining a Retail Lending loan (i.e. mortgage, home equity loan, or HELOC).
