Foundation Risk Partners , one of the fastest growing insurance brokerage and consulting firms in the US, is adding an Employee Benefits Account Specialist to their team. This is a hybrid role, working 3 days a week in our Columbia, MD office. This role is designed to build a strong foundation in employee benefits brokerage and consulting account management, with a focus on group benefits. This position is responsible for developing industry knowledge and essential skills to support the Sales and Account Management team in marketing, sales, and servicing a portfolio of client accounts (Book of Business). Key Responsibilities: - Partner closely with the Senior Account Manager and assigned clients to deliver seamless service and support. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files and internal systems in accordance with established protocols. - Support pre‑implementation, implementation, and post‑implementation activities to ensure smooth project execution. - Assist with renewal marketing efforts and cost analyses for assigned clients. - Coordinate data collection for reporting needs, including analytical and compliance-related deliverables.
