As Field Engineer at Q8Truck, you ensure our truck stations stay operational, safe and up to standard. You manage maintenance, solve technical issues and drive improvements across a large and diverse region (Belgium, Luxembourg and France). You take ownership. You act fast. And you keep everything moving. Your biggest challenge: You manage a wide network across Belgium, France and Luxembourg. You plan your work efficiently, set priorities and ensure every site gets the attention it needs. You work independently, take initiative and act as the technical owner of your region. What you’ll do: Keep stations operational: You monitor the condition and performance of stations. You act quickly to resolve technical issues and ensure reliability. Plan and execute maintenance: You organize maintenance activities across your region and ensure efficient planning over a large territory.
