Position Summary: This is a hybrid position requiring working 2-3 days per week from the office. Candidates must reside within driving distance of the Wellsely, MA, NYC or Hartford locations. The Senior Analyst, Email Marketing Operations plays a key role in supporting the execution and optimization of Medicare email marketing programs. This position is responsible for the hands-on setup, deployment, monitoring, and reporting of email campaigns across internal and external platforms, including Adobe Campaign. This role partners closely with the Email Marketing Manager/Director, Initiative Owners, agencies, and platform teams to ensure campaigns are executed accurately, on time, and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
