QTS Data Centers is seeking a Senior Revenue Reporting Analyst to work from our Overland Park, KS Headquarters location. WHO YOU ARE: The Senior Revenue Reporting Analyst is responsible for the preparation, review and analysis of QTS' internal and external revenue reporting. This position reports to the Revenue Accounting Manager. WHAT YOU WILL DO: Lead preparer of various monthly revenue related files (e.g. cumulative contracted revenue, new business booked, backlog, etc.). Assists in the preparation and timely distribution of monthly internal reporting packages, including compilation and reporting on various revenue performance metrics and statistics. Thoroughly understand underlying contract provisions to ensure accuracy of revenue reporting. Collaborate with multiple groups within the organization (Sales, Billing, SalesOps, Site Accounting, Legal etc.) to review order-to-cash process accuracy and ensure it satisfies reporting needs. Assists in revenue forecasting and review of monthly results. Leverage systems (Workday, Salesforce, Tableau, Excel) to automate manual processes and improve and/or enhance granularity of data.
