Hello! At Factorial we're looking for a rock star Operations Technologist to help us optimizing and automating our marketing and sales operations processes and join our Global RevOps team! The Role: What will you be doing: - Develop and maintain automation (JS) scripts to streamline marketing processes, including data management, campaign execution, and overall systems optimization. - Utilize tools like Zapier and develop custom-coded solutions to create scalable processes and automate repetitive tasks. - Integrate various marketing platforms (CRM, email marketing, analytics tools, etc.) through APIs to ensure seamless data flow and synchronization. - Troubleshoot integration issues and implement solutions to optimize performance. - Support the setup, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across multiple channels. - Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and deliver effective technical solutions. - Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. - Produce and maintain detailed documentation. - Identify opportunities for process improvement and proactively suggest and implement solutions. -...
