Retail Manager – Resort Outlets Location: Slick Rock Clubhouse – Retail Office Reports To: Director of Retail: Supervises: Uniform Coordination & Uniform Shop Attendants FLSA Status: Exempt: Position Summary: The Retail Manager oversees the strategic merchandise planning, buying, and daily operations for Horseshoe Bay Resort’s diverse retail portfolio. This role is responsible for ensuring that all apparel, gifts, and branded merchandise reflect a premium luxury experience while consistently driving sales and optimizing margins. Managed Outlets Include: - Marina Ship Store & Bayside Landing (Yacht Club) - Head Game, Holiday Store, and Jersey Lily - Pro Shops at Horseshoe Bay Resort Center Key Responsibilities: - Assortment Planning: Lead the development of resort-themed collections and seasonal merchandise plans. - Vendor & Product Management: Oversee vendor selection, manage purchase orders, and lead product development initiatives. - Performance Analysis: Regularly analyze sales data, sell-through rates, and inventory turnover to maximize profitability. - Leadership & Collaboration: Partner with retail associates to set sales goals and execute high-impact promotional strategies....
