Job Summary: The General Manager (GM) is responsible for overseeing all operations of Miss J's Cafe, ensuring exceptional service quality, and managing the day-to-day activities of the cafe. This role includes managing staff, maintaining inventory, ensuring customer satisfaction, and ensuring the cafe meets all health, safety, and regulatory standards.
