Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. - 20 years of professional experience in software engineering leadership roles. - Experience in distributed systems architecture and building systems. - Experience building, supporting and leading organizations within an environment with many partners/stakeholders. Preferred qualifications: - Experience leading the design and operation of GenAI data collection and curation infrastructure, including the data collection and quality, curation, and delivering capability gains in frontier GenAI model performance.
