What you get to do: - Provide administrative support for project managers, including preparation and maintenance of master project agreements, contractor invoices, preliminary notices, lien waiver tracking, insurance documentation (CertFocus), contractor badge requests, and contractor pre-qualifications. - Perform accounting tasks such as retention accounting, project close-out accounting, submitting check requests, completing project write-offs as requested by project managers, and performing monthly accruals. - Conduct quarterly detailed checklists for major projects. - Track park assets, including the addition and removal of assets for SeaWorld San Diego and Sesame Place San Diego. - Perform asset classifications for all projects in D&E. - Complete capital...
