What Transformation Management Office contributes to Cardinal Health Transformation enables the organization to drive complex and transformational programs through disciplined project/program management and change management strategies. Transformation Management Office is responsible for the design, build, project planning, prioritization and implementation of function-wide transformation programs. This job family will maintain transformation roadmaps and ensure visibility and accountability for commitments and deliverables. The Transformation Management Office designs and delivers business analysis and process optimization over Shared Services and Partner information, optimizing and enabling people, process, and systems. This job family is the liaison for Cardinal strategic initiatives associated with M&A activity, IT engagements and audit/control risk.
