Brief Job Description: We are seeking to recruit an ambitious and motivated Production Supervisor on 2nd Shift to join our manufacturing facility in Anderson SC. Reporting to the Production Manager within the remit of the Plant Manager, the Production Supervisor will be responsible for numerous teams under the general direction of the Production Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, improving and motivating staff to achieve the various objectives and goals of the company. They will focus on Total Production Efficiency (TPE). The output of key component manufacturing and associated responsibilities for planning, executing, monitoring and improving the assembly process on Busway.
