Coordinate with Case Managers assisting client access with supporting resources: Medicaid, Medicare, Tricare, VA, Employer Sponsored Insurance, ACA Marketplace, and Pharmaceutical Assistance Program. Monitor client’s prescriptions pick up history and lab results. Discuss adherence measures with clients specific to suppressed HIV Viral Loads, and medication adherence. Develop working Knowledge of Provide Enterprises reports for the preparation of daily client management Participate in ADAP, HIV treatment adherence, HIV/AIDS education/prevention and care management trainings and webinars.
