Job Summary: The Cash Application Supervisor is a key member of the Receivables Management team and has operational ownership for maintaining a rigorous and detailed accounting of over $7B in annual customer receipts through multiple banking relationships and accounts in a dynamic, complex, and evolving AR management environment. Additionally, he/she will provide leadership, guidance, and accountability for the day-to-day activities of the Cash Application team. The Cash Application Supervisor will work closely with Operations teams, Sales, Home, banking vendor(s), other payment channel vendors, Treasury and Finance. He/She will need to build effective working relationships with key people in all departments. Scope will include US and Canada Operations, but may include all areas as covered by NRG Business.
