The company is currently seeking an experienced Tax Accountant II to be a part of a dynamic in-house tax department to handle all tax aspects of a business. Responsibilities: Major Areas of Responsibility: Corporate Tax: - Preparation of Form 1120 - Preparation of state corporate income and franchise tax return - Preparation of local corporate income tax returns - Preparation of quarterly federal and state tax provisions - Preparation of quarterly federal, state and local tax estimates - Tax Depreciation schedules for federal and state - R&D Credit and Section 174 reports Sales Tax: - Sales tax reports - Sales tax Exemption certificates review- received and given - Reconciliation of sales tax accounts Property Tax:...
