Company Description Medilaw offers fair and balanced opinions to the legal, insurance, workers compensation, superannuation and government sectors across Australia. We are seeking an experienced customer service professional to join their growing team in the role of Customer Service Consultant Job Description: Key responsibilities will include: - Proactively managing assigned customers; - Ensuring a superior level of customer service to facilitate client access to Medilaw's Independent Medical Exams and other Medilaw services according to the client's needs; - Promptly answering the phone to all clients and managing appointments and appointment related inquiries in line with Medilaw procedures; - Delivering superior customer service & client liaison to our key stakeholders; - Actively promoting new products/services to assigned existing clients.
