As an Automotive Alignment Technician for Big O Tires, you are responsible for safely and accurately correcting the alignment of customer vehicles. Following proper procedures according to company policies. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Conduct inspections on vehicle components to identify issues which may affect the accuracy of the alignment process. - Report issues found during inspection or the alignment process to the customer service representative to communicate to the customer - Maintain timely and professional communication with management, and employees. - Keep supervisor informed of any maintenance problems and/or any issues that need attention - Safely operate customer vehicles with automatic and manual transmissions - Perform alignments using up to date alig...
