Emergency Services Tech Specialist - Full time- 7:00 PM- 7:00 AM - ( 240002AS ) Description Collaborates with the multidisciplinary healthcare delivery team to provide specified care to patients with a wide range of injuries and illnesses. Anticipates patient care needs and facilitates implementation of diagnostic and treatment measures. Performs duties under the supervision of Registered Nurse, Nurse Practitioner or Physician. Acts as a role model for other technicians in both the technical and behavioral aspects of the position. Develops competency in all aspects of role within 3 months. Qualifications Minimum Education High School Diploma or GED (Required) Minimum Work Experience: 2 years Direct patient care experience in an emergency setting and completion of an emergency, medical or nursing technician training program. (Required) Required Skills/Knowledge: Comply with all Hospital/departmental policies/procedures regarding provision of patient care, competency validation and environmental safety.
