onsemi is seeking a motivated, fast learning, and self-driven candidate ready to join the Protection and Signal Division located in Scottsdale, Arizona. As a Business Manager in this group you will be responsible for leading the business execution of the Protection product line. Position Responsibilities: - Lead products throughout entire lifecycle to ensure product financial plans are met. - Maintain clear and timely communication around the health of the product line across all levels of the organization. - Drive outstanding operational execution over the lifecycle of our products – from development to end-of-life. - Promote internal awareness and updates regarding product line strategy and milestones. - Develop and implement pricing strategies across several geographies. - Work closely with Business Unit Planning to maintain optimal inventory levels. - Conduct regular market and competitor research. - Perform ad hoc analysis for senior management on relevant metrics of the product line. - Develop communications to clearly convey operational changes, including product updates, transfers, and product obsolescence. - Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to effectively a...
