Marketing Representative (Hybrid)

Job description

The Marketing Representative (Hybrid) will work closely with marketing managers and sales team to promote lead generation and create upsell opportunities. They will assist agents with growth through promotion of company products and services. In addition to looking ahead to anticipate and help identify the kind of new products required in a changing personal and commercial environment. This position will fulfill a Marketing Representative role covering the areas of Delaware, Broome, Chenango, Otsego and Madison counties and surrounding areas as needed. Requirements: - Develop robust knowledge of all product lines and services. - Execute marketing strategies. - Engage in daily agency interactions either in person or virtually. - Proficiently communicate underwriting processes, company growth/sales initiatives, pricing goals and rate changes, and products. - Create customized agency growth plans. - Report weekly/monthly on the status of field marketing activities. - Identify opportunities for growth through new agency appointments and book transfers. - Provide market intelligence to internal teams to support development of new products. - Chronicle daily activities/interactions by ut...
