What’s the role?: As a Technology Program Manager, you will plan, design, and drive the delivery of technology solutions supporting the Model Risk Transformation program within Credit Risk Technology. You will work closely with a core technology team, ensuring alignment to organisational standards while developing resource plans, schedules, and cost estimates to achieve business outcomes across multiple streams. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Sydney / Warrane, Gadigal Country. You will connect people, simplify complexity, and create the right conditions for teams to deliver their best work, while shaping delivery approaches and driving continuous improvement to achieve measurable value for customers and the organisation.
