What will you be doing?: This role sits within Jumbo’s Define pipeline, where work is shaped before it reaches engineering. In this newly created role as a Technical Business Analyst, you will be responsible for turning prioritised business initiatives into clear, structured, build-ready requirements that enable engineering teams to execute with confidence. Working as part of this newly created function, you will operate at the interface between business stakeholders and engineering delivery, helping transform ambiguous problems into validated requirements, user journeys, acceptance criteria, and supporting artefacts.
