Job description

Corvid Technologies is an engineering services company that provides aerodynamics and flight dynamics support to a number of defense programs through the application of high-fidelity computational models. Corvid develops and uses its own tools in support of these programs and is integrated with both the program offices and the prime contractors for the systems we support. Corvid is actively seeking highly qualified, self-motivated candidates to support its defense related programs, particularly for autopilot flight control design and implementation in the supersonic and hypersonic flight regimes. Applicants must be US Citizens and be able to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance. New graduates must be able to demonstrate a firm background in guidance, navigation, and control (GNC) practices and familiarity with simulation-based design. Preference will be given to candidates with advanced degrees and a GNC concentration with a focus on optimal control theory. Experienced candidates must have a minimum of 2-5 years of experience and be able to demonstrate the ability to develop GNC solutions for relevant systems.
