FlexStaff is hiring a Bilingual (Spanish) speaking Logistics & Sales Operations Coordinator to join our client's team. This is a full-time direct hire opportunity. We are looking for a true team player who can bridge the gap between production and sales, ensuring our client's logistics are cost-effective and their customers are well supported. Salary: 65,000k -70,000k: Location: NJ Based (with flexibility to work in Bronx, NY during the transition period) Type: Full-time, On-site: Qualifications: - Logistics & Cost Optimization: Ensure "On Time In Full" (OTIF) shipments. Constantly bid out deliveries to secure competitive rates, with a heavy focus on frozen shipments . - Inventory Management: Monitor customer portals daily to maintain optimal inventory levels and prevent stock-outs. - Sales Ops & AR Support: Handle order processing, customer inquiries, and performance deduction reconciliation by matching BOLs with invoices.
