Responsibilities: - Preparing and filing all necessary documents for formation, maintenance and dissolution of subsidiaries, including charter documents, consents, assumed name filings, bylaws, company agreements, partnership agreements, name changes, EINs and qualifications in applicable state jurisdictions - Maintaining and updating entity management system for U.S. subsidiaries including record keeping, ensuring timely filing and payment of fees, and obtaining and maintaining signatures - Coordinating with third-party registered agents on entity fo...
