Job description

Your main responsibilities: Define and execute a forward-looking product strategy in the future Marketplace vision on the AdsTech side that challenges the status quo and aligns with long-term corporate objectives. Spearhead "out-of-the-box" initiatives to identify bold opportunities and shape next-generation solutions. Orchestrate the development roadmap, balancing consumer needs with technical feasibility to ensure consistent delivery of key initiatives. Drive full operational management of the business unit, including budget oversight, financial forecasting, and performance optimization. Direct and mentor a multidisciplinary team of approximately 30 professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability. Oversee the end-to-end execution of complex programs and projects within the domain, ensuring they meet deadlines and quality standards. Partner with internal business units and diverse stakeholders (tech and non-tech) to synchronize efforts on key strategic goals.
