£35,500 per annum + Excellent Benefits 37 hours per week Click here to view job profile Closing date: 4th May 2026 Interviews will take place week w/c 11th May 2026 - Please note that having a full UK Driving Licence is a requirement for this role Milestones Trust is expanding our internal maintenance team and are looking for a skilled Lead Operative to carry out everyday repairs alongside planned maintenance across our estate, which spans from Weston-Super-Mare to Wiltshire and Swindon, though most of the work will take place in Bristol. We’re looking for a versatile, multi skilled operative with solid experience across plumbing, carpentry and decorating. While not essential, the ability to carry out basic electrical tasks would be a welcome bonus. As the role involves travel, a full UK driving licence is required — a company vehicle is supplied. This is not a managerial role, though the ideal candidate would have the knowledge and experience to support the Responsive Repairs Manager with day-to-day queries that arise from the general maintenance team.
