The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc. The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel’s employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment. If you accept a position at this hotel, you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International, Inc. Job Summary: As the Assistant General Manager (AGM), you will serve as the "co-captain" to the General Manager, overseeing all aspects of hotel operations with a focus on guest and employee satisfaction, financial performance, and revenue generation. You will lead a high-energy team to deliver the Aloft brand service strategy, ensuring that our 4,000 sq ft of event space, signature W XYZ bar, and airport transportation services operate with seamless efficiency.
