What We Need Corpay is looking to hire a Senior Counsel within our Legal division. This position is located in Atlanta, GA or Brentwood, TN. We are seeking a highly skilled Counsel to support our business with a focus on commercial transactions, product advisory, and regulatory compliance. This role will partner closely with cross-functional teams to structure, negotiate, and execute business initiatives, while proactively managing legal risk. This position is not focused on litigation. You will report directly to the Global Head of Litigation and regularly collaborate with other teams and departments. How We Work: As a Corporate Lawyer, you will be expected to work in an office or hybrid environment.
