Rates Specialist

Dentons US LLP is currently recruiting for a Rates Specialist. This role is responsible for the development, implementation, and management of billing rates and fee structures across the firm. The Rates Specialist will work with the Rates Supervisor to ensure that partner and attorney rates comply with client agreements and internal policies, supporting accurate billing and revenue management. Responsibilities: - Work with the Rates Supervisor maintaining and updating billing rates, discounts, and fee arrangements. - Ensure all rates comply with client contractual obligations, firm policies, and market standards. - Coordinate with finance, legal, and business development teams to analyze rate structures and recommend adjustments. - Manage the approval process for rate changes, communicating updates to internal stakeholders and clients as necessary. - Monitor billing and ebilling reports to ensure rate accuracy and identify discrepancies or issues. - Monitor all new matter set-ups for accuracy, multi payor and payor information. - Maintain high standards of accuracy and compliance. - Collaborate with IT and finance departments to optimize systems for rate management and reporting. -...
