Overview We are seeking an experienced Program Manager, Digital Manufacturing Deployment with a strong manufacturing background—preferably in the chemicals or process industries—to drive the global deployment of advanced digital solutions across our operations. This role is ideal for a seasoned manufacturing professional who combines deep operational expertise with a passion for Industry 4.0, innovation, and value creation. Experience in Continuous Improvement (Lean, Six Sigma, OpEx) is strongly preferred.
