JOB SUMMARY: The position of the bartender is to provide an excellent guest experience, make signature cocktails, and offer recommendations regarding the local craft beers and wines offered. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Prepare alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant patrons. - Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks. - Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations. - Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails. - Plan and present bar menu. - Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age. - Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies. - Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience. - Comply with all food & beverage, health and safety regulations. - Superior knowledge of classic cocktails, as well as the capability to quickly and efficiently build, shake, and create them for clientele - Exemplify outstanding communication skills, with the aptitude to create unique experiences for clientele and promote wonderful customer service - Check in with clientele to ensure satisfaction - Embody a strong and efficient work ethic, including, but not limited to keeping a clean and...
