Who we are looking for The Global Realty Regional Director for Americas is responsible for the strategic management of the owned and leased facilities across the North and South America, including the United States, Canada and various South America and Caribbean locations. The incumbent will be charged with overseeing facilities operations, portfolio planning, acquisitions and disposals, project and move management, crisis management and achieving financial operating budget for Americas properties. What you will be responsible for - Create a regional strategic plan to continually identify financial opportunities, efficiency improvements, and flexibility enhancements throughout the portfolio - Identify how individual real estate decisions can be more closely aligned with the global portfolio strategy - Develop and implement space utilization strategies for the company - Maximize value potential to the company without sacrificing service delivery - Allocate and manage all physical office space - Serve as the senior point of contact for all property management issues in the Americas - Monitor all ongoing projects and facilitate effective communication between contractors and other thi...
