Team Overview TikTok Shop Sorting Center is dedicated to maximizing sorting efficiency and standardizing operations across our national distribution centers. By leveraging data-driven insights and rigorous quality monitoring, we ensure every parcel moves faster and reaches our customers sooner. Responsibilities: - Oversee the onboarding, performance evaluation, and day-to-day management of outsourced labor providers; ensure resource stability at the distribution center during peak seasons. - Monitor the overall operational performance of the distribution center; compile monthly/quarterly business reviews (MBR/QBR) and analyze the ROI (Return on Investment). - Conduct granular accounting of Cost Per Parcel (CPP), labor costs, and consumables; provide cost-optimization recommendations and supervise their execution. - Coordinate regional procurement management and provide general administrative support for daily office operations.
