Job description

Description Responsible for the efficient, cost effective, and safe operation of the assigned shift. Instructs assigned workers with proper heat treating processing methods performed in a safe manner achieving a quality product. Performs any special work as assigned by the Production Manager. Lead by example, setting a strong "Safety and Quality First" image, support the company "Mission and Value Statements" and philosophies described in the Employee Handbook. Performs work as required and any or all of the job duties relative to various other positions in the department. Continually monitors Safety procedures, quality and quantity of work. Directly responsible for the safety, morale, motivation, manpower, training and development of the efficient operation of the assigned shift.
