This includes removing burrs, sharp edges, and surface imperfections using various hand tools, power tools, and other equipment. The role requires strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and an understanding of technical drawings and specifications. Duties/Responsibilities: Perform deburring, polishing, and finishing operations on precision-machined parts. Use tools such as files, scrapers, sandpaper, rotary tools, grinders, and buffing wheels. Inspect parts to ensure compliance with engineering drawings, tolerances, and quality standards. Use measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify part accuracy. Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions to determine deburring and finishing requirements. Maintain tools and equipment to ensure proper functionality.
