MAJOR FUNCTION: This position is responsible for providing coordination of care within the Care Coordination department across the network. The primary role of an Administrative Coordinator helps keep the service line running smoothly by handling all administrative tasks. They coordinate general operations, serve as a point of contact for leadership, employees, vendors, and customers alike, and ensure everything is on schedule to meet or exceed deadlines. QUALIFICATIONS: Certification/Licensure: - High School Graduate. - 2-5 year’s secretarial background and/or data analytics - N/A Knowledge & Skills: - Excellent secretarial skills; familiar with medical terminology with a strong background in communication and writing skills. - Possesses strong organizational skills. - Ability to relate positively with all levels of professionals. - Ability to work flexible schedules with frequent interruption. - Proficient in use of Microsoft Word, Outlook. Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Access. - Must be able to quickly prioritize tasks or responsibilities.
