In this role, you will lead a high-performing team of editors, leveraging deep musical expertise and audience insights to build a regionally resonant content strategy. You will move beyond the traditional to shape a vision that drives discovery, deepens engagement, and reinforces Spotify’s role as the primary cultural authority in the Latin music landscape. As a compelling storyteller, you will express a strong editorial personality through diverse creative formats, bringing music to life in fresh and innovative ways. You will provide the "connective tissue" that creates highly engaging, cohesive music experiences—interpreting audience behavior and market shifts to identify emerging movements before they hit the mainstream.
