Job description

Minimum qualifications: - 3 years of full-cycle experience hiring for technical or data center operations roles within EMEA. - Experience implementing recommendations to solve staffing problems. - Experience in talent acquisition methodologies (e.g., Boolean search techniques and platform management). Preferred qualifications: - 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate environment, partnering with stakeholders. - 3 years of experience securing applicants and discussing compensation packages, leveraging experience engaging talent. - Experience solving problems and delivering significant impact as a contributor. - Excellent communication skills with a demonstrated ability to take initiative and build alignment across teams - Ability to grow customer relationship management, provide consultative skills, and work in a team environment. - Excellent accountability, work ethic, integrity, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
