Senior Lead, Energy Market Development

Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Technology, Science, Law, Policy, Economics, or equivalent practical experience. - 10 years of experience working in the energy sector. - Experience working on policy or regulation in Europe related to electricity markets or electricity networks. - Experience working in the Great Britain electricity market, including experience with power market design, structure, and the stakeholder ecosystem. Preferred qualifications: - Experience in European electricity markets and electricity networks (connection processes, network development planning, grid tariffs etc.). - Experience working within an energy regulator, or the regulatory unit of an energy supplier, Transmission System Operator (TSO), Distribution System Operator (DSO), or energy ministry. - Ability to integrate public policy with business strategy and corporate development. - Excellent verbal, written and project management skills with the ability to lead complex, multi-year regulatory campaigns.
