Job Description Purpose of the role: To drive the bank's data strategy and maximising the value of its data assets by overseeing all aspects of data and records management. Accountabilities: - Development and implementation of Barclays Data & Records Management strategy aligned with the bank's business objectives and regulatory requirements. - Defining and enforcement of data governance policies and procedures to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance. - Development and implementation of data management systems and technologies. - Driving a consistent approach for managing and using data across the business. - Partnering with stakeholders to drive improvements in the understanding, use and quality of data.
