Senior Category Manager – Data Center & Network Procurement

Job description

We are looking for a Category Manager, with roughly 5-8 years of experience, to support Oracle's exciting and innovative Cloud businesses (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, NetSuite, Oracle Global Business Unit (GBU) Cloud Services, and Oracle Data Cloud). As a Senior Category Manager, you'll conduct contract negotiations, best value analysis, supplier and contract management, within a dynamic, fast-paced, and exciting business environment. The role is a hybrid role, based out of Seattle, WA office. Specific responsibilities include: Contracting & Negotiations - Lead master agreement and service addenda contract negotiations for Data Center, Colocation and Network Services. - Ensure contract compliance with Oracle Corporate policies, focusing on commercial and business terms. - Support Data Center and Colocation cost control, schedule, delivery, and cost management initiatives. - Negotiate, draft and prepare contract and service order documents. - Review and approve Purchase Requests and create and issue Purchase Orders.
